£560m engineering group announces HQ move

Renew Holdings, the Leeds-based engineering services group, has announced plans to relocate its headquarters from Main Street, Aberford to Paradigm, Thorpe Park.

With a turnover of £560m, the AIM-listed company provides engineering services to maintain and renew UK infrastructure networks which are delivered through its independently branded subsidiary businesses.

Acting on behalf of Renew, Carter Towler’s office agency team identified a number of suitable properties across the east of the city before selecting and negotiating a 10-year lease on 2,580 sq ft of ground floor office space at Paradigm.

Sean Wyndham-Quin, Renew’s CFO, said: “We are very much looking forward to moving to the new premises at the end of the month.

“Paradigm will provide a modern working environment for our head office team with plenty of local amenities at the nearby Springs Shopping Centre and with direct access to the motorway network.”

Richard Fraser, Carter Towler Director, added: “Renew had a number of very specific requirements not only in terms of the size, quality and look of the building but its environmental credentials too.

“Paradigm is one of only a handful of BREAAM excellent-rated office buildings in the region which means it’s one of the most eco-efficient. It really is first class.”

Carter Towler’s office agency team has a longstanding working relationship with Renew having provided a full range of professional office property services to the company for over 10 years.
