Less than one week to go until the CIPR PRide awards 2018

The countdown is on with just one week to go until this year’s Yorkshire and Lincolnshire CIPR PRide Awards, which takes place on 22 November at The Queens Hotel in Leeds city centre.

The leading regional PR awards ceremony – sponsored by TheBusinessDesk.com alongside Network Marketing and Leeds Business School – recognises the outstanding work of the region’s PR teams in supporting businesses, not-for-profits, employers and brands across the UK and beyond.

A highlight in the PR world’s calendar, agencies and in-house teams, including Acceleris, Aberfield, Finn, iseepr, Yorkshire Water and Yorkshire Building Society will all be waiting to hear if they’ve won one of the 19 awards up for grabs on the night.

Amy Airey, Regional Chair for the CIPR in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, said: “Winning a PRide Award marks you out as an industry leader in your area, boosts team morale and demonstrates the value of PR to the wider business world.

“The feedback from our judging panel of experts on the quality of entries this year has been fantastic. The shortlist recognises truly outstanding campaigns and talented teams from across our region. I wish everyone attending the best of luck and look forward to seeing you on the night.”

The ceremony will be hosted by BBC Radio Leeds’ Andrew Edwards, with entertainment from Leeds band Tytania and DJ Nick Babb. Money will be raised for iprovision via a raffle on the night.
