Grade-II listed property with ‘state-of-the-art’ gym launches to market

A Grade-II listed property, which was comprehensively redeveloped in 2017/2018 to provide a 16,240 sq ft gym, is being brought to market.

The Old Library on York Road, located close to Leeds city centre, has been let to The Gym Group on a new 15 year lease.

The Capital Markets team at CBRE Leeds has been appointed to market the property, which is seeking offers in excess of £2.45m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.48%.
