Hundreds of new homes to be delivered following trio of land acquisitions

Property developer Linden Homes is set to build hundreds of new homes in North, South and East Yorkshire after completing a trio of land acquisitions.

The company, which recently relocated its regional head office to Doncaster, has announced three new site purchases through its Linden Homes East Yorkshire’s land department.

Land has been bought at Malton in Ryedale, North Yorkshire to deliver an additional 140 plots as a continuation to the company’s Copperfields development. The site will deliver a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

In East Yorkshire, 225 plots have been acquired adjacent to Linden Homes’ ongoing development site at Miller’s Retreat; and additional land has been bought to develop 211 new homes over the next five years in Hatfield, Doncaster.
