John Gyngell, founder and director of North Brewing Co, said: “It’s absolutely amazing to have a North Brewing Co taproom open seven days a week. Our opening hours at our current brewery tap are restricted by it being a working brewery, so this new space is gives us a real scope to introduce new people to our beers.”

James Ooi, Founder and Director of Little Bao Boy, added: “Working with North Brewing Co in their new city centre taproom is a fantastic. They have championed us from day one, inviting us to trade at their Eat North street food fair, hold pop ups in their bar, and catering private functions at the brewery.

“Our baos are freshly steamed, homemade fluffy buns filled with a variety of savoury and sweet flavours. Having a full-time outlet is going to give us the space to develop new dishes, and we can’t wait to get cooking with some North Brewing Co beers!”

Christian Townsley, Owner North Brewing Co. said: Eat North was a fantastic success this summer, filling the brewery with street food, DJs and craft beer for 21 Saturdays in a row (with barely any rain!). We can’t wait to bring it back for a one-off festive special this December.

Working with like-minded independents who are producing fantastic food and drink is one of our favourite parts of our business and we’re really pleased to be welcoming Wayward Wines and Harewood Food & Drink Project for their Eat North debuts. They will be showcasing their natural wines, and gins crafted with botanicals from the nearby Harewood estate, which make ideal Christmas presents and we will also be running a pop-up North Brewing Co stall selling merchandise and glassware, brewery tour vouchers, and lots of cans of beer to pop into stockings this Christmas.”
