Housing association awards £1.3m contract to new technology partner

A housing association, which provides over 3,000 homes across West Yorkshire, has awarded a £1.3m contract to software provider Castleton Technology.

Connect Housing Association has contracted Castleton Technology, which provides software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, to deliver a suite of fully integrated solutions over a five-year period.

Castleton will work in partnership with Connect to deliver an integrated ERP Housing solution, using the entire suite of Castleton’s solutions. These solutions include Castleton’s CRM, Housing, Financials, Repairs, Contractor Portal, P2P, EDRM, Reporting, Data Services and Asset Management.

Connect will further invest in solutions that will improve its digital engagement capabilities with customers using Castleton’s Agile solution, Communication Manager and Castleton.DIGITAL.

The project is now underway and is due to be completed with all solutions live in April 2020.
