Expanding security company acquires rival firm
Security company BusinessWatch Group has completed the acquisition of a Batley-based counterpart for an undisclosed sum.
Clear Image, established more than 20 years ago, specialises in a wide range of security solutions and operates an in-house Alarm Receiving Centre.
The addition of Clear Image to the BusinessWatch group of companies is expected to increase group turnover to in excess of £11m.

Established in 1993 as a family business, BusinessWatch serves both domestic and commercial customers across the UK, installing and maintaining a wide variety of fire and security systems.
