Former ambulance service offices to be transformed into new apartment scheme
Plans have been approved for the conversion of a former ambulance service offices into a new apartment development in Rotherham.
Fairfield House, a nineteenth century detached building, will be transformed into five, two-bedroom apartments.
The building has been used by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) as administration offices and forms part of a one-acre site on Moorgate Road, which was bought by property developer Jaguar Estates from YAS last March.
