Listed healthcare investor snaps up medical centre developer for £5.4m

The owner of a medical centre in Leeds has been acquired by specialist healthcare investor, Primary Healthcare Properties , in a deal worth £5.4m. Chapeloak Investment developed Oakwood Lane Medical Centre, which is now occupied by the Oakwood Lane Medical Practice and pharmacy operator Kami Healthcare.
