City centre office space snapped up in duo of deals

Two new deals have been struck for office space at 51A St Paul’s Street in Leeds city centre.

1,085 sq ft of ground floor office space has been let to transport planning consultants Andrew Moseley Associates (AMA), whilst 1,780 sq ft on the fourth floor has been taken by cyber security specialist, Sep2.

Carter Towler secured five-year leases with both companies for the newly refurbished offices, on behalf of Bentley Investments.

Philip Shopland-Reed, associate at Carter Towler, said: “Bentley Investments are proactive landlords who have a rigorous maintenance and refurbishment strategy for all their properties. In addition to these two suites, they have also recently revamped 2,675 sq ft on the second floor of 15 St Paul’s Street which is currently available.”

Andrew Moseley, AMA director, added: “We are really looking forward to moving into our new premises in February. We are absolutely delighted with the location, the quality of the facilities and the excellent assistance we have received from Carter Towler.

“AMA is going through a period of significant growth and we will have the extra space we need at 51A to take the business to the next level.”
