Recruitment firm looks to open its first Yorkshire base

New contracts have been the driving factor for Lily Shippen Recruitment to open a third office in the heart of Leeds on East Parade, giving further scope for growth in the Yorkshire region.

Lily Shippen Recruitment, launched in Manchester in 2017 by specialist recruiter Lily Shippen, places high calibre secretarial professionals including Receptionists, Team Assistants, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants and Office Managers into all sectors including Financial Services, Legal, Property, Professional Services and Media.

While winning new contracts was the motivating factor to expand the operation across the Pennines, Shippen believes Leeds is the perfect location for the business: “Last year Leeds was ranked as the fifth best performing city in the UK for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and continues to attract important inward investment reflecting continued confidence in the region.
