2.6-acre development site snapped up by social housing provider

A development site with planning consent for 32 new homes in Birstall, Leeds has been sold to social housing provider, Stonewater.

The 2.6-acre site, located off Field Head Lane, comprises a former railway cutting that has since been backfilled to create a predominantly level brownfield development site.
