Property consultants win quintet of framework contracts

Independent construction and property consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall has won five new business contracts as it celebrates 50 years in the region.

It has secured contracts on several major public and private sector frameworks.

They include a four-year consultancy with The University of Sheffield to develop its estate and a contract with development partner Morgan Ashley (a joint operation between Morgan Singall and Ashley House) for the provision of care facilities for the elderly in Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire.

RLB have been appointed on two NHS frameworks, including the NHS North of England Procurement Collaborative, which provides services to 40 NHS Trusts, and the United Lincolnshire Trust framework, which covers four hospitals in the area.

It has also agreed a contract with YORconsult2 which provides local authorities, public sector organisations and charities with access to construction consultants, which is valued at £120m and runs for four years, with an optional two years.
