Trio of property deals confirmed

Three new lettings at Jason House, Horsforth, have been confirmed; with a digital marketing company expanding its space in the property.

Growing digital marketing company Smart Insights is expanding and has moved within the building to a larger suite totalling 3,219 sq ft. Knowledge management business Altiar has taken space measuring 1,195 sq ft, while Yorkshire Medical Accountants have extended space to 1,070 sq ft.

Carter Towler has successfully negotiated the deals on behalf of Jack Lunn (Properties).  Jason House is a three-storey stone building adjacent to Town Street.
