A commercial developer has sold its property on Waterside Industrial Park, Stourton, to Leeds City Council . The 2.8-acre site,  adjacent to Junction 44 on the M1, incorporates 25,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 11,000 sq ft of office space and was owned by Eshton; which carried out extensive refurbishment works to the property.
