Conversion of Grade Two Listed mill complex underway

Work is now underway transforming a historic Grade II listed mill complex in Baildon into a home development, consisting of 52 homes and apartments.

Leeds based development company KMRE Group is working on the Baildon Mills scheme, with Hollycroft Construction as the principal building contractor.

The mill will be converted into one, two and three bedroom apartments. A selection of three and four bedroom houses are being built within the grounds of the former cotton combing and wool spinning facility. The first homes will be ready to move into later this year.
