Recruitment drive for Marco Pierre White restaurant

A Marco Pierre White restaurant opening at the DoubleTree Hilton at Sheffield Park is set to launch in June following a recruitment drive.

The restaurant said it is looking for people to fill “key roles” at the new site.

The Steakhouse Bar & Grill will deliver a fusion of English and French cuisine from chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White.

There are currently 24 Steakhouse-branded restaurants in the UK and Ireland, including sites in Birmingham, Hull, Newcastle, Liverpool and Nottingham.

The restaurant is due to open by the end of June, replacing the hotel’s former Piano Restaurant, following a deal with Black and White Hospitality which owns and operates the site.
