MBO plots new future at architecture practice

Ilkley-based architects Halliday Clark has announced the completion of a management buyout from founders Adam Clark and David Halliday. The 15-strong practice is now headed up by three directors, Nick Pearce, Emily Blowers and Richard Walsh, who have been with the practice in senior roles for a combined 36 years. Halliday and Clark will still be involved in the day to day activities of the business and will not be leaving the company for a minimum period of three years.
