Property firm moves into new office to support growth

The Property Buying Company (TPBC) has moved into a new office in Wetherby to grow the business significantly in the coming year.

Cash buyers, TPBC, support customers wanting to sell their property quickly.  The new office was designed by local interior specialists, Design Tonic, with a restaurant design to give the office a laid-back, yet sleek look that is quite unusual for a professional environment.

Launched in 2012 by Jonny Christie and Karl McArdle, TPBC expanded in 2017 with the support of 50% shareholder, Schneider Investment Associates. Their recent foray into TV advertising has brought the West Yorkshire company to national prominence. The company consists of former estate agents, sales and legal professionals, financial specialists and marketing experts.

Amanda Atkinson, Director at Design Tonic, said: “We were fortunate enough to embark on a journey with a client who had a clear vision about the kind of facility they wanted to give their team.

“They trusted Design Tonic Ltd to push the boundaries with regards to design which centres around an industrial and biophilic theme. Staff satisfaction was at the heart of the brief, therefore we have created areas to breakout, meet and collaborate in that are inspiring, cutting edge and motivational. The project has been both fun and professional and represents the people who work in it perfectly.”

Jonny Christie, Director, said: “Karl and I are delighted to finally be in! We have worked tirelessly, alongside Design Tonic, to bring this dream to life. It is a sign of our hard work and commitment to what we do, that we’ve been able to open an office like this. We quickly outgrew our old home in Roundhay and we are very excited for what the future will bring. We now look as professional as we are and it’s amazing to have the space we need to expand our teams and play host to our large client base.”
