Renowned head chef appointed at city centre restaurant
Yorkshire-born chef Murray Wilson has joined Crafthouse and Angelica as Executive Head Chef, bringing with him more than 12 years of award-winning, global experience.
Murray, who has a passion for refined and precise cooking, joins Crafthouse and Angelica from Rudding Park Hotel in North Yorkshire, where he was Executive Chef at Horto, which was awarded 3AA stars under his direction.
