Vacant industrial units in Sheffield totaling 12,525 sq ft have been let to schoolwear supplier School Trends. The two units at Holbrook Enterprise Park had recently been acquired by multi-let industrial business Stenprop, as part of a larger property portfolio acquisition. Committing to a five-year lease, School Trends, which has 29 years’ experience of designing, producing and supplying school uniforms to more than 5,000 UK schools, said it was attracted to the business park’s location and the flexibility of the space. ...
