Weekender: Luxury dining experience unveiled by Harvey Nichols

A new Fourth Floor Bar, at Briggate in Leeds, has been created by Harvey Nichols.

The bar features a menu of small plates and snacks. It showcases savoury favourites such as beef tartare with malthouse sourdough and beef dripping butter, cured salmon with avocado mousse.

Adding a sweet note to the new offering, are homemade strawberry-sugared doughnuts with basil, Chantilly cream and chocolate sauce.

Harvey Nichols says the carefully curated food menu is complemented by an extensive drinks list of stylish cocktails, local beers, fine wines and luxurious spirits.

And it adds that the the bar and refreshed menu have been designed to provide an ideal backdrop for an after-work meet up or a break during a shopping day out with friends.

The bar sits alongside the business’s Fourth Floor Brasserie, which boasts rooftop views across the city.
