Developer Linden Homes West Yorkshire has appointed Katie Charlesworth to head up its regional sales team.

With over a decade of new homes industry experience, Charlesworth has taken on the role of sales and marketing director, based at the company’s Leeds head office.

Charlesworth said: “Ultimately, my main focus will be driving profitable sales and delivering results, this is only achievable if you have the ‘buy in’ of your team, so a lot revolves around creating the right environment in which people feel empowered to make their own decisions, bring ideas to the table and share best practice.

“My key objectives are to drive the divisional performance in all aspects of the sales function by implementing Linden Homes tried and tested methods, and further strengthen the company’s reputation not only for delivering quality homes, but a first-class customer journey for all our purchasers.”
