Sportswear giant speeds into new 261,000 sq ft warehouse to support its growth

Global sportswear company, Puma, has leased a 261,000 sq ft warehouse on ‘Super G’ at Glasshoughton - where its 125 staff will be based to support the firm's growth plans. The deal sees Barwood Capital secure its largest warehouse letting in partnership with Tungsten Properties and British Airways Pension Trustees. Puma has taken the newly built 261,000 sq ft (24,248 sq m) industrial warehouse for its national distribution centre on a 15 year lease at a rent of £5.75 per sq ft.
