Housebuilder moves into larger premises to support growth

A housebuilder which has increased its sales and expanded its staff numbers has moved into larger premises after outgrowing its old office space at Ailsa House in Morley, Leeds.

Lovell Eastern has moved next door in the Turnberry Office Park to support its growth. Recent appointments have seen staff numbers increase to 65, with more positions planned as the region continues to grow.

With open market property sales increasing by 170% from 2017 to 2018, the region has been strengthening its workforce across all disciplines, particularly sales. The region is seeing the benefits of the time spent forging and fortifying relations with its business partners, with eight live sites across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the Humber and further significant developments in the pipeline.

Robert Adams, Regional Managing Director of Lovell Eastern, said: “We are thrilled with how our business is expanding, with performance this year already significantly greater having developed more homes sales than a year ago, highlighting our current success.

“Everybody recognises that this is due to the efforts of our dedicated staff; they are an incredible asset and we have to thank them for all their hard work. We hope the move has provided them with a top quality office environment to enjoy.

“We have an ambitious 5 year programme, to grow the region to deliver circa 500 new homes annually by 2024. The move reflects not only how well we have performed but sets us up for the next 5 years, with the space to bring in the new staff we will need to achieve our goals. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our region and what we can achieve.”
