Pub to be re-developed into six retail units

Plans for a former pub to be re-developed into six retail units have been revealed.

The old Tadcaster Arms pub in Armthorpe is set to be redeveloped into six retail units, which are all being put up for lease by Fisher German. The site will then be known as Tadcaster Court.

The shops will front onto the busy Doncaster Road, and range in sizes from 825 sq ft to 5,390 sq ft.

It is anticipated the first occupiers will open their shops towards the end of the year.

Ben Flint, senior surveyor at Fisher German’s Doncaster office, said: “The wide range of sizes of these six units means this site will appeal to all sorts of different retailers.

“This is a great opportunity for retailers to move into a thriving part of Yorkshire, and we anticipate a lot of interest.”
