North Yorkshire firm reveals plans for housing development

North Yorkshire development firm Newby has revealed its plans for a housing development of 33 homes near Harrogate.

The firm will build three to five-bedroom homes in the village of Birstwith in Nidderdale Valley. Its show house will open at the end of this month, and site plan revealed.

The development is spread over a five-acre site and first completions are expected in the Autumn.

Anthony Mackle, Sales and Marketing Director at Newby, said: “We are delighted to be opening up West House Gardens for the first time and to be able to release more information about the development and the homes contained within.”

Newby was founded in 2008 by Nick Moody and Simon Hepden and the company now employs more than 25 people.

Current developments being delivered by the firm include Ryedale House in York, Glasshouses Mill in the Yorkshire Dales and Springfield Court in Harrogate.
