A HOST of Yorkshire's creative and digital companies have been chosen by the BBC to work with it to develop ideas for its children's channels.

The new @North commissioning initiative being led by BBC Children’s (which will be part of the BBC's move to Salford in 2011) has selected 19 companies from this region - reflecting its strong digital sector.
