A GROWING firm which provides outsourced payroll services to public sector organisations has invested £1m in a new base in Yorkshire.

Manchester-based Selima has acquired a 7,000 sq ft site at Europa Green at Sheffield Business Park as part of an expansion of its managed service offer.
