MANY small businesses in Yorkshire are overlooking the need for strategic planning, according to a leading SME adviser.
Jo Clarkson, operations director of Harrogate-based peer support and business coaching organisation The Alternative Board, has identified five crucial steps for SMEs to follow when planning for the year ahead.

Couldn’t agree more.
