STATIONERY and packaging manufacturer Duraweld has completed a management buy-out.
The Scarborough-based firm has now passed to the ownership of chairman Richard Senior's daughter, Hannah, and son-in-law, Mark Yeung.
The buy-out is intended to strengthen the company’s position while also providing a new platform to develop the business going forward.
