ELECTRICAL equipment firm Hyco Manufacturing has witnessed a 20% sales increase over the past year as it looks to smash through the £3m turnover barrier.

The Castleford-based business had a record-breaking November - when sales increased on a like-for-like basis by 35% - which was the highest for any month in the company’s 20-year history.

It now believes that it will achieve sales of £3.2m when its financial year concludes at the end of this month.
