AN OFFICE complex in Hull has changed hands and is to undergo major improvements as Wykeland shows its ongoing commitment to the city.

Marina Court, which overlooks the marina on one side and Castle Street, has been purchased by Hull-based property company Wykeland Group.

Built in 1990 by English Estates, the forerunner to regional development agency Yorkshire Forward, the 39,500 sq ft office complex occupies a two-acre site with parking for around 131 cars.
