YORKSHIRE personal care products producer Hallam Beauty has been acquired by a European cosmetics giant.

Mibelle, a subsidiary of Swiss conglomerate Migros, is one of Europe’s biggest personal care companies and has acquired the £37m turnover business Hallam Beauty to further build its presence in the UK.
