COMMERCIAL property developer St James Securities has launched its four-acre Wheatley Park office complex on the outskirts of Mirfield in West Yorkshire.

The Leeds-based developer recently bought Wheatley Park for an undisclosed sum and has secured a hat-trick of lettings on the site.

St James Securities has unveiled its first completed building, The Watermill, and has ambitious plans to turn the former-woollen mill, formerly known as Hopton Mills, into a rural office park.
