THE managing director of Yorkshire quantity surveyors Armsons Darwent Shaw has completed a management buyout of the business.
Sheffield dealmakers Strategic Corporate Finance acted as lead deal advisers on the transcation which has seen Andrew Fletcher complete the MBO of the business.
