YORKSHIRE-BASED estate agency and surveying group LSL Property Services has sealed a deal to buy a mortgage network provider.

LSL, based in York, has acquired the assets of Home of Choice (HoC) for £1.5m in cash from its administrators.

LSL, which became Britain's second largest estate agency chain after completing the purchase of Halifax Estat e Agencies in January,said the deal is not expected to have a material impact on its earnings line in 2010.
