NORTH Yorkshire building company Randall Orchard Construction has won more than £3m worth of contracts in the first quarter of this year, an indication of a return to confidence in the region’s construction sector.

Over the same period, the Richmond-based company has also completed sales on some 20% of its housing stock, a mixture of new projects and older properties that had remained unsold during the recession.
