US INDUSTRIAL conglomerate Dover Corporation has bought a Yorkshire microwave filter business in a multi-million pound deal.

York-based BSC Filters, a leader in microwave filters and diplexer technology, has been acquired by the American corporation’s UK subsidiary, Dover UK Holdings. 

BSC Filters, based in Osbaldwick near York, designs and manufactures microwave filters, diplexers and waveguide components for use in a number of industries including telecoms, defence, radar and satellite communications.&n......for the full story register now for free or login below...
