PRIVATE equity group, Key Capital Partners has invested in a management buy-out of Pandora Books, a leading books for schools supplier.

Pandora Books was founded by Nick and Mike Ison in King's Lynn in 1987, and has seen significant growth in recent years thanks to its catalogue business which has complemented the service provided to schools by its sales operations.

The MBO, led by managing director, Martin Green, has been designed to accelerate further growth through these channels and a new specialist website.
