DIAMOND specialists Philip Stoner has undergone a management buy-out.

Jonathan Stoner has taken over the the business 26 years after his father Phillip opened his first store in Shipley.

The deal - for an undisclosed sum - was concluded while the pair attended a world-renowned trade fair in Basel, Switzerland.

Jonathan joined the company at the age of 16 as a workshop apprentice.
