DIGITAL Barriers, the security firm that owns Yorkshire surveillance company COE, has made an acquisition.

The product set and intellectual property, along with certain customer contracts, of LMW Electronics have been bought in a deal valued at £450,000.

LMW's products provide advanced video capture and transmission technology to the international law enforcement and military markets.
