WYG said today it expects to post an improved operating loss in the second half of its financial year compared to its first half.

In a trading update this morning for the year ended March 31, the project management and consultancy business said trading conditions in the UK and Ireland remained challenging except in some activity areas. 

However, the Leeds-based business said work in key overseas markets had provided some growth in international revenue.
