FILTRONIC is on track to hit full year expectations with profitability from its broadband operations exceeding forecasts.

The Shipley-based stock market company, which manufactures telecommunications equipment, said in a statement this morning that both its wireless and broadband divisions were making progress.

The company said its broadband order coverage for its point-to-point microwave, aerospace and E Band radio products "remains good" and went through into the summer.
