THE revitalisation of the exterior of a city centre landmark building is close to completion.

Developer Rushbond is expecting to finish the first phase of renovations to the former Majestyk nightclub in Leeds by the end of the month.

The building on City Square, which was previously the Majestic Cinema, is being marketed to leisure and retail operators.
