MORE than 800 guests are expected to attend this year’s Leeds Charity Construction Ball to take part in a diamond themed event in aid of cancer charity Marie Curie - which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.

The construction ball is fast becoming the largest industry event in the north, and attracts professionals working across all aspects of construction, from architects, developers, and local  authorities through to engineers, contractors and legal organisations .
