Balfour Beatty wins £34m Yorkshire contract

INFRASTRUCTURE firm Balfour Beatty has secured a £34m contract to build a new waste treatment plant in Yorkshire.
The facility will treat waste from Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham before it is used to generate electricity.
Balfour Beatty announced the deal this morning alongside a separate contract for a new waste treatment facility in Essex.
