STRUCTURAL steel group Severfield-Rowen has announced the appointment of Toby Hayward to the board as non-executive chairman.

Having qualified as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross & Co in 1984, Mr Hayward has extensive city experience having previously been a director of corporate finance at Singer & Friedlander, Henry Ansbacher & Co and Canaccord Adams.
