WORK to more than double the size of operations at an electronics specialist has started.

Mowden has given the go-ahead to construction specialists Koru Property Services to start work on creating an extra 7,000 sq ft of space at the Standard Way Industrial Estate in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

The work, which also includes modernisation and upgrades to Mowden's existing workspace, forms part of expansion plans by the business.
