SURGICAL instruments manufacturer Surgical Innovations has signed an eight year exclusive distribution deal with a US-based business that recently acquired a Yorkshire company.

The deal between the two parties is for Leeds-based Surgical Innovations's new advanced PretzelFlex laparoscopic retractor in the US.  Under the distribution agreement, San Diego-headquartered CareFusion has acquired exclusive US rights to PretzelFlex for eight years.
